This is a specialized bodywork session designed to regulate your autonomic nervous system guiding you out of chronic stress, anxiety, and fatigue into a state of deep relaxation and restoration. A blend of Chi Nei Tsang abdominal, Somatic Stress Release, and Energy Healing for a soothing release. Gentle stimulation of the Vagus Nerve for better sleep, digestion, and mental/ emotional clarity.
