This holistic healing treatment massages your vital organs and connective tissue for deep release. It is a unique method to prevent and dissolve disease and promote vitality and longevity. A wonderful combination of Ancient Chinese Energywork with Subtle Bodywork helping you unwind by focusing mostly around the navel and vital organs using hands, forearms and elbows. Relaxing and soothing, you drift between worlds bringing your energy and multi-dimensional aspects back into balance for a profound and lasting change.
DEEP TISSUE PSOAS RELEASE/
WOMB MASSAGE
This is a stretch/release technique to open and release tension in psoas/pelvis/womb (for men too). The pelvis is one of the three centers of the body that lock up with stress and disturbs our structural balance and that can throw off our hormones and metabolism. It's also where we hold trauma. In this session, we work together to use the breath and stretch/release technique one leg at a time. Inch by inch, together, you will feel freer with the opening and release of the hips and psoas. I will then use hands-on touch for a soothing pelvic womb/ovary massage. With the release of stored stress, you’ll feel lighter, more agile and flexible and maintain a better center of balance.
